Julie Q. Brush is an esteemed career strategist and advisor within the legal sector, recognized with a host of prestigious accolades, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Watermark’s Senior Executive of the Year, and the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence. Her professional journey started as an attorney at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, setting the stage for her eventual shift to support legal professionals and enhance legal departments across various organizations.

In 2000, Julie founded Solutus Legal Search, positioning it as a leader in legal search and consulting in the U.S. and international markets. Her role at Solutus revolves around offering strategic guidance to some of the world’s most notable corporations and law firms, assisting them in building robust legal teams with top-tier talent.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Julie’s early years were shaped significantly by tennis. She excelled in Women’s Varsity Tennis at UCLA and later on the professional tennis circuit before transitioning to a legal education. Today, Julie lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and twins. Her balanced approach to her high-profile career and family life continues to inspire many in her field.
